Super Simple Key Lime Pie
May 24 2009 | Leave a Comment
Key lime pie is a wonderful summer dessert. So refreshing and full of great citrus flavor!

I have baked this key lime pie recipe countless times and it is always well received. In fact, once my father-in-law Peter ate almost an entire pie at one sitting!
I typically buy Nellie & Joe’s key lime juice since I cannot always find fresh key limes.
Keebler and Nabisco both make pre-made graham cracker crusts. For something a little different, I have made individual key lime pies. Simply follow the recipe below and pour the filling into individual graham cracker pie crusts.
Jess’s Super Simple Key Lime Pie
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
- Cool Whip
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and key lime juice until well blended. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until pie is set. Let pie cool for 10 minutes and then refrigerate.
Top entire pie with Cool Whip before serving. Garnish with sliced key limes.
