<![CDATA[Love, love, love these cookies! They are a Christmas cookie staple in our house. I've tried 2 recipes - 1 using cocoa powder (and I agree Scharffen Berger is the best!) and another using melted bittersweet chocolate. I didn't do a side-by-side comparison, so I'm not sure which I liked better. I think the cocoa ones came out a bit more crisp, less cakey.... Have you tried with melted chocolate? Thanks for posting all your recipes - I love checking in on these!]]>
